Refund policy

We have a 30-day policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us if there is an issue.

It is typical that certain types of items cannot be returned. This generally applies to perishable goods (such as plants), custom products, and personal care goods. Since all of our store items are perishable, cuttings and branches, returns/refunds would be out of the ordinary.

However, we value our customers deeply and want you to be satisfied with your products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is any issue with your cuttings, or you are dissatisfied with the olive branches, please contact us at sadie.nct@gmail.com. I am confident we could figure out the issue.

If it is still a problem, we will ask that you ship the product back to us. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once we have received the item, we will review and evaluate the product. 

After this a refund will be issued if the product truly was faulty. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sadie.nct@gmail.com.

This being said, all cuttings and branches are cut and shipped on the same day. We carefully pack each order to ensure it arrives to you in pristine condition and hope that you are satisfied will all received goods.
